When Andrea was just ten years old, she discovered her love for fashion design. She would spend hours sketching and designing her dream garments. She enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin with the intention of becoming a doctor, however, during her second year, she realized that fashion design was truly where her heart belonged. She changed her major and dove headfirst into the world of fashion, learning everything from designing and sketching to draping, pattern-making, and sewing. For years, Andrea worked in the corporate world to support her family, while still pursuing her passion for fashion. Then, in 2023, she desided to share her love for the textile arts with others. Thus Bublina, her childhood nickname, was formed.
