Returns & Exchanges
All requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the ship date. Merchandise must be unworn and in perfect condition, with tags attached. Wood & Rose reserves the right to deny credit if returned merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. All sales of jewelry, bath and body products, make-up, candles, perfume, lingerie, socks, or any items with a discount of 50% or more are FINAL.
You may initiate a return for your item(s) via our website. Once the return has been approved, you will need to create your own shipping label with a trackable method of your choosing. Please note that all customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. Pending return approval, all refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will credit the value of the merchandise and taxes charged. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. While refunds are usually issued the same day the return arrives, please allow 3-5 days after the return is delivered for Wood & Rose to process your refund. The amount of time it takes for the refund to appear in your account varies depending on your card-issuing bank.
