Shipping & Handling
Handling Time:
We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to ship. Should any unforeseen delays occur, we will contact you with an updated timeline. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Expedited orders need to be placed by 3 PM CST Monday-Friday to allow for same day processing time. Any expedited shipping orders placed on Friday will delivered on the next indicated business day.
Shipping Time:
Our selected carriers do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery nor does expedited delivery include weekends. Wood & Rose cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package leaves our boutique. Please note delivery service indicates time in transit once shipped, not once the order has been placed.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region, weight, and are calculated live at checkout.
International Shipping:
We ship our products all over the globe. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout via USPS.
Shipping options for International are USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) and USPS Priority Mail Express (3-5 business days). Please note unless you select Express, the delivery window is an approximation and is not guaranteed. We do not have any control over how long your package takes to clear customs, either out of the US or into the destination country. With USPS, once the package has left the United States, no additional live tracking information will be available until it is delivered. If you have a deadline, we suggest selecting Express to ensure your package arrives in time. You will be responsible for any duty or import charges that your purchase incurs. International orders may be subject to import and customs duties levied by the local government. Please consult with your local customs agencies for more information. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duties and fees; taxes and duties are non-refundable. For packages that are refused at delivery, the customer is still responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
Insurance:
Your package is insured for the value of the order during transit time. Wood & Rose is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is delivered to the requested address, we are no longer liable for the package. If you suspect your package has been stolen, please open a claim with the carrier. Have your tracking information available.
