Inspired by the ballets of the 60s and reworked in a silver leather. Penelope is a mix of feminine and masculine elements. Mounted on a monoblock chunky heel of 4cm which gives it both a timeless and urban look. They can be worn in a dressed or casual way. These shoes are handcrafted in MRTNZ’s workshop on the Spanish coast.
The story of Julien Martinez and his brand are closely linked to his ancestry. Even while studying in France, Spain was always the place that sparked his creativity and the source of his inspiration. In 2017, he launched Souliers Martinez. Working alongside Spanish artisans, he researches, experiments, and seamlessly integrating their traditional workmanship into his creations. Combining this with a rigorous selection of leathers, Julien imagines comfortable shoes with bold shapes. Each one is assembled and finished in Spain.
