This woody unisex scent is a go-to for its warm and comforting accord of vetiver, patchouli, and animalistic musk. Handmade in Iceland. 50 ml/1.7oz.
Inspiration: A fresh coat of varnish on a wooden shed. Uprooted moss, wet dirt, and vetiver roots. Burnt car tires on hot asphalt and dry patchouli. Heavy slow-drying oil painting. Icelandic alpine fir, footsteps in frozen grass, and salt licorice. Dirty leather, animalistic musk, and ammonia.

The Fischersund team includes Jonsi (of the acclaimed Icelandic band Sigur Ros), Lilja, Inga Birgis, Rosa and their partners Sindri and Kjartan. The brand is based in downtown Reykjavik in a nineteenth-century wooden house that was once Jónsi’s recording studio. It’s a creative, family-run space that has been designed with care and attention to convey the aesthetic manifesto – to allow the senses to synthesize and harmonize.
